Glen is a key player in the Marske United midfield. He has an eye for goal, and was the winner of the FA Trophy goal of the round for his superb free kick against Stocksbridge Park Steels in season 2020/21. He is a senior player with vast amounts of experience, his previous clubs include Guisborough town and Billingham Town.

As of the start of the 2022/23 season, Glen has played 384 games for the club, scoring 66 goals
