The team will be Lee Guess, Peter Quine and Tom Allington. Lee Guess is a UEFA C qualified coach with a National Goalkeeper qualifications, and is working towards his UEFA B qualifications. Both Lee and Tom have successfully managed one of our Junior teams for the last 6 years where they have moved from league 10 to hopefully league 3 this year. Tom played at a good level in his playing days as a tough tackling defender and has helped the Junior team develop this side of their game.

Peter Quine who is FA level 2 qualified who has played the game for many years and was part of Guisborough Town’s Reserve team last season. Peter is keen to embark on a coaching career and will bring great experience of teams at this level and a good knowledge of players that we are looking to recruit.

All three of the management team are keen to foster the pathway from Junior teams through to reserves and the First team and will work closely with our First team management group in order to forge these close links.

Marske United FC would like to thank Andy Harkin, who has been the Reserve team manger for two seasons and has shown remarkable determination and commitment in what has been a very difficult and turbulent time for the club. Working on his own with serious financial constraints he worked wonders in keeping a squad together, that in the last months of the season were showing a great improvement.
