The club wish to announce the resignation of Mark Hastings-Long as Chairman/Director and Groundsman at the Club.

Mark has been ever present at the Club since its restructuring in 2023 and was instrumental in keeping Marske United Football Club alive and kicking!

His enthusiasm and work ethic at all levels cannot be ignored and we will be forever grateful for all his support and his 24/7 approach to the club, especially as Groundsman - Marske’s old pitch reputation is a distant memory due to Mark’s continued maintenance and development and we now have a superb pitch. Mark has definitely set a benchmark for pitch quality that we will endeavour to uphold.

Mark will stand down with immediate effect but will continue to support the Club as a fan.

Marske United FC thank him and wish him luck going forward into a well deserved retirement.
