From the Board of Directors to the volunteers repairing the pitch, restocking the Kabin, operating on match-days, maintaining the ground, managing the team and supporting the club behind the scenes, every role is carried out by people who give their time freely for the benefit of the club and the community.
The only individuals who receive payment from the club are the senior players within the matchday squad. Everyone else contributes because they care about Marske United, its future, and what it represents.
It's also worth addressing a common misconception: the Directors do not and never have received any salary, wage or financial reward for their roles. In fact, they regularly invest their own money into the club and work tirelessly to generate the funds needed to keep Marske United FC moving forward and sustainable.
Marske United FC is, and always has been, a community football club powered by dedication, hard work and pride in the badge. From the boardroom to the touchline, from the volunteers to the supporters, every contribution helps ensure the club continues to thrive.
Together, we are Marske United FC and stronger when we unite.
