Marske United are pleased to confirm the signing of popular young forward, Jey Draper, who returns to the club on dual registration with Guisborough Town.
The 21-year-old becomes Paul Burton’s tenth addition of the summer, further bolstering Marske’s forward line in the absence of current top scorer, Charlie Watt.
A popular figure at the John Keegan Stadium, Jey played a pivotal role last term as the Seasiders staved off relegation.
He made the switch to Guisborough Town earlier this summer, netting his first goals for the club during a pre-season friendly against the Seasiders in July.
Pleased to have Jey back within his ranks, Paul Burton said: “It’s great to be able to bring Jey back to Marske United on a dual registration with Guisborough Town.
“He was a real fans favourite when he was at the club previously, and I know they will be delighted with this news.
“Jey’s ability and work rate make him a a fantastic addition to the squad.”
Marske United would like to thank Guisborough Town for their support in completing this deal. On dual registration, Jey will be eligible to play for both clubs.
Welcome back, Jey!
