Marske United are now able to offer Supporters the opportunity to purchase their game tickets ON LINE right up until kick off for forthcoming games. Please be aware that Ticket Sales will be limited in line with Ground Capacity regulations.
This new way of purchasing tickets will avoid Supporters needing to go to the Clubhouse ahead of a game and purchase a ticket, and also gives greater flexibility to those supporters who live outside Marske and often cannot get to the club at the Ticket Sale Times. It also means you are GUARANTEED ENTRY for the Game if a ticket is purchased On-Line
The introduction of e-ticketing also means the club will be able to track and trace every spectator entering Mount Pleasant on a match day, aligning with Covid-19 policies and procedures.
The online portal can be accessed via the Marske United official websitehttp://marskeunitedfc.ktckts.com, from which all match day tickets will be sold.
Supporters first need to register with the Club Ticketing site and then go to Match Tickets to purchase a ticket.
Digital scanners will be in place at each entry point at Mount Pleasant on match days to provide fans with faster entry into the ground, as well as cashless access.
One-off match ticket purchases will be accessible via a QR code which can be downloaded on to any mobile device. Fans can then scan the code at one of 2 e-ticket turnstile entry points around the ground.
Purchasing tickets takes less than 2 minutes, with e-tickets delivered in PDF format via email, which can then be printed and taken to the turnstiles or scanned via a smartphone.
Online ticket sales will be available until kick-off for all home match days to offer supporters every opportunity to purchase before they arrive at the ground.
Marske United will still offer cash turnstiles on match days (if capacity not reached) for fans who do not have access to a mobile
This is a whole new way for Supporters to access tickets. It is just another way Marske United are moving forward. It also allows the Club to monitor crowd numbers ahead of a game and align with Government guidelines with regards capacity.
SOME COMMON QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE?
Can I get a refund if I buy a ticket, but I decide not to use it?
Tickets are not refundable if the match takes place at the planned date and time.
What happens if I have purchased tickets and the match date changes?
The tickets you have will be valid for the rearranged date - you do not need to do anything.
The barcode will still be valid, so just bring your ticket with you on the rearranged date.
What should I do if I haven't received my e-ticket?
Typically, you should receive your tickets within 30 minutes of booking at the most. It is not uncommon for emails to get held up in a queue or diverted to a junk folder, so be sure to check those.
If you haven't received anything, please contact support@kaizenticketing.com for further investigation.
I can't open the attachment in the ticket delivery email - what should I do?
etickets are delivered in a PDF file. If you are unable to access a PDF on your device or computer, download Acrobat Reader and you will be able to open the file. You can do that here - https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/
Do I have to print my e-ticket?
You could show your e-ticket on your phone if you don't have access to a printer. The scanner just needs to be able to read the barcode on the ticket.
To stop people printing more than one copy of their e-ticket, only the first scan of the QR code on the e-ticket will permit entry at the turnstile and any further scans will be denied entry as duplicates.
How will my personal data be used?
Your data will only be used by Marske United FC. It will not be sold on to third parties. You can update your contact preferences in the 'My Account' section when you log in.
