Marske United Walking Football Team took part in their first ever game in the recent National rounds of the Walking Football Cup, participating in the Regional round of the cup.

The team did themselves proud by winning one, drawing one and losing one of the 3 games they played. All games were against very established clubs so it was a fantastic achievement by the team and gives them an insight into what they can expect from these tournaments. Hopefully they will be able to participate in more of these soon.

The Walking Football team would like to sincerely thank “ The Ballinger Trust” for supplying the kits to enable the team to participate in these events. It has certainly been well received by the team.
