Adam is arguably the club’s biggest ever signing, having played most recently for National League North side Spennymoor Town. The former pro forward has only ever played in the top two divisions of non-league and has experience with York City, Kidderminster Harriers, Bradford Park Avenue and Barrow.Boyes becomes the first Marske United player ever to have played for the England C Team making appearances against Italy, Gibraltar and Malta u23s sides.
“Bosh”, as he is known, had a stellar 2021/22 season for Marske, scoring 46 goals in 48 games. Boyes was also the Northern Premier League East Division Golden Boot winner and the East Division’s player of the season and also collected the Emirates FA Cup Golden Ball as the top scorer in the FA Cup with 11 goals.
Last season, despite finishing just outside the relegation zone, Boyes scored 22 goals in 49 appearances, finishing the season as the 3rd top scorer in the division.
In his Marske United career, Adam has scored a magnificent 80 goals in just 115 games.
